The National Netizens Rights Council today announced
plans for the first ever Million Modem March to be held
Wed. April 1st in Philadelphia, PA. This march is for the
establishing of Netizens Rights as part of the ever growing
use of the Internet by citizens, business, and other
organizations throughout the world. The march to the
Liberty Bell will be for Netizens Basic Internet, Human and
Free Speech Rights. The Million Modem March has
presented invitations to the following dignitaries:
